This collage artwork is made with material from a found old book and different shapes.

The base is a black and white photo of an ancient little stone figurine. It shows a face with a wide open mouth, teeth stumps and a hat. The figurine is made by a native tribe and depicts British colonialists.

The matte pink semicircle and the sea green rectangle covering most part of the face are from a contemporary magazine whereas the last element, a teal rectangle is gouache painted.

This work is mounted on cardboard and treated with professional acrylic medium.
